In 2002–2003, during the rise of building industry in Australia, a window of opportunity to diversify overseas and set up AUS-CHN ALUMINIUM. By importing and exporting materials from China from local to overseas markets, the company was now competing in a new arena. And with great success, it opened doors literally to Asia, Philippines for timber, Thailand and China for steel and glass.

2003–2006, KRISWORLD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION was at its infancy, doing joint venture projects with some of the largest developers and home builders in Australia. Building several homes in the first exclusive estate of Cecil Hills, and also in the secluded acreage of Denham Court. During this time, Land value has risen and economy was experiencing fast growth but affordability in Sydney became scarce. It was time to look into overseas markets like Thailand, and discovering land was more affordable and is currently in joint venture with a Land Developer to commence in late 2007.
